Today is such a happy day in the b is for bonnie studio, y’all! The darling Jessica of Jessica Green Photography is revealing her lovely, feminine rebrand today, and I am just so excited that I had to share the news with y’all, too. A natural light wedding photographer in Virginia, Jessica is a talented photographer with a big heart for her couples. I had the pleasure of running into Jessica at Creative at Heart earlier this year, and was absolutely honored when she reached out to work together on her rebrand!

Jessica and I have been sitting on this brand reveal for weeks now, and it is such a joy to share her new visual identity and website with y’all today. Jessica expressed a desire for a fresh logo and accompanying print collateral that felt feminine, classic and heartfelt. Through her photography style and her client experience, Jessica strives to create beautiful images that capture incredible moments in her clients’ lives forever. So, we focused on creating a strong, timeless color palette that was endearing and versatile through pops of blush, cool grey and classic black.

We opted for a calligraphy-inspired font for an added touch of femininity and personality, pairing it with a clean serif for additional contrast. Jessica’s brand is inspired by archival elements and thoughtful details, so we designed a watermark that ultimately intended to be turned into a wax seal for packaging and handwritten notes. We kept Jessica’s stationery and packaging pieces classic with clean lines, a simple border, and muted tones to accent her blush envelopes beautifully.

Isn’t her inspiration mood board just fabulous? I adore the touch of romance and emotion that adding black to a light, bright color palette can bring! Jessica expertly implemented her new color palette, font pairings and overall aesthetic throughout her Squarespace site, which you simply must visit!
