How To Leverage Pinterest To Generate Design Inquiries

September 25, 2018

We all know and love Pinterest as the platform we use to find an endless amount of DIY home projects, Whole30-inspired recipes and gorgeous design inspiration. But if you are not taking your Pinterest presence and really utilizing it to bring in inquiries from design clients then you are missing a really big opportunity.

Today, I want to share how I leverage Pinterest to bring in quality design clients that enable me to book my ideal clients in a streamlined and automated way.

HOW TO LEVERAGE PINTEREST TO GENERATE DESIGN INQUIRIES

Growing your presence on Pinterest doesn’t have to be a process of trial and error. And you don’t have to dive into this process blindly. Instead, I want to share with you the approach that my team and I take in order to really show up for your ideal clients on Pinterest.

I love the saying, “work smarter, not harder”.  And for us, Pinterest has allowed us to do just that.

We are able to create a consistent blog strategy, use content we’ve already created and repurpose it in a way that reaches our ideal clients. Which calls for all the praise hands emojis, if you ask me!

But let me share that Pinterest is not a quick fix, friends. It takes really knowing who your ideal clients are, what their pain points are and how you can provide a solution to their problems. This alone has changed the content we create and allowed us to reach our sales goals in a sustainable and authentic way.

And this week, I’m doing something I’ve never done before—but that I’m SO excited about.

A Look Inside My Pinterest Strategy

I am peeling back the curtain on my own Pinterest strategy with fellow designers just like you on my next Designer Strategy Chats. Joining me for this fun, free strategy chat is my right-hand gal, Marieanna. She is also the Pinterest guru behind the b is for bonnie design Pinterest account.

And, friends, let me just share that with some consistent strategy and truly creating content that speaks to our ideal clients, Pinterest has changed the game for us.

I’m excited to give you an exclusive opportunity to hear from both of us as we talk through our approach to using Pinterest to grow my business and to ask your biggest questions about how this search engine could help your business too.

If Pinterest is one of those platforms you know you could be using with more intention and you are ready to figure out how to make that work for your business, then join us this week, Thursday, September 27 at 11am CST as we talk through our approach to leveraging Pinterest to generate design inquiries.

My name is Bonnie – I’m a brand designer, strategist, and writer which all adds up to one eclectic conglomeration of qualities that enables me to serve you well! Past clients have dubbed me "the Joanna Gaines of brand design," and I've had more than a few call me a dream maker, a game changer, and a design wizard (my Harry Potter-loving heart didn't hate that one, let me tell you!). At the end of the day, I'm a big-hearted creative who will get teary-eyed as you share the heart behind your business; who will lose sleep over the perfect font pairings and color selections to bring your brand to life visually; and who will work tirelessly to empower, encourage, and equip you to share your work with the world intentionally.
