Now, brand positioning is one of those ideas that can feel super abstract. Like, what does that even have to do with you and your business? But I assure you, it’s actually an easy-to-understand idea that, when grasped properly, can yield incredible results within your business.

So what exactly is brand positioning and how do I use this to up-level my brand? Brand positioning is far deeper than just pretty visuals. Yes, your brand is made up of multiple components: visual, verbal, and experiential. But the heart of your brand message reaches your ideal clients when you position that brand in your client’s mind and educate your ideal client on how what you do fits into their life. See why I’m so passionate about this?

Friends, if you can master your brand’s position and leverage that message throughout your marketing efforts – think all things social content, blog posts, email lists and all those ways you reach your ideal clients – then you can transform the way they perceive you online. Two questions you should ask yourself are: how do I position myself in MY ideal clients mind? And how do I educate my potential clients on how my work fits into their life?
