I’m so excited to introduce a new tradition around here: Friday freebies! As often as I can, I will share a free iPhone/iPad background with messages that have been inspiring me lately. I hope they’ll inspire and encourage y’all, as well!

This has been my first full work week of 2014 and it’s been a doozy. Between catching up on emails that piled up over the holiday, filling orders and prepping for new products, I feel like I’ve been running a little ragged. Then I stumbled across this little gem, which totally put things into perspective for me.

Great things don’t come to those who sit around and twiddle their thumbs, but rather to those who work hard and diligently. Great things take perseverance, consistency and effort. While I wish that all my loft goals for 2014 would just happen, I need to remind myself of this quote all year long.

All great things are worth working for, so don’t lose hope if they take a little longer than you expected! Keep pressing on towards your dreams and you’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish.
