Oh friends, I have butterflies just writing this post. I’ve been working hard behind the scenes for months now on a project that is such a huge part of my heart, and I am incredibly delighted to finally be able to share it with y’all!

If you’ve been following along for a while now, you’ve probably noticed that encouraging and empowering my fellow creatives is my heart’s mission. In all that I do, I aspire to provide boss ladies with the tools, encouragement and input they need to take their businesses, brands and themselves to new heights. I truly believe that our businesses afford us the opportunity to leave a legacy, to pour into the lives of those we serve and to bless our lives in way we can’t even fathom. With this in mind, it’s my hope to provide those I meet with all the resources they could possibly need to build businesses that not only enable them to do business well, but also to live and love well and fully.

Without further ado, friends, let me introduce y’all to a piece of my beating heart – the illume retreat. The illume retreat is an intimately restful two-day retreat born out of the desire to give creative business owners the tools they need to feel educated, empowered, and to walk away feeling confident in their ability to life, love and do business well. This retreat is designed to help you dig deep into what it means to build an authentic business that is filled with purpose, and enables you to bring heartfelt value to not only those you serve, but those you love. Surrounded by a team of industry leaders and a small number of like-minded creatives, our attendees will walk away with a renewed sense of purpose for their businesses, genuine community, and fresh insight into what matters most.

This retreat is an event for the creative, the big dreamer and the hardworking boss lady who strives to infuse purpose, passion and intentionality into every facet of her business. She isn’t looking for another conference or workshop to overwhelm her with new trends to try or new systems to implement, but rather she’s searching for a place to take a step back from the hustle and bustle of it all to work on her business and not just in it. She’s looking to find more intentional ways to infuse personality, heart and purpose into her work, and walking away with a stellar support group and sense of community doesn’t hurt either!
