Happy Monday, friends! I’m a little bit more hesitant to ease into Monday this morning, especially since yesterday was my birthday. After a weekend full of tasty treats, some of my favorite people, and fun celebrations, can you really blame me though? Here’s a little peek into how we celebrated.

It’s not every day that 10 pints of incredibly delicious ice cream show up at your door, but the kind folks at Snoqualmie Ice Cream made that surprise happen! We kicked off my birthday weekend with ice cream for lunch and a sampling of all the flavors. The Raspberry Pomegranate sorbet is currently the crowd favorite at our Austin headquarters.

Armon sure knows how to make a lady feel loved on her birthday! We celebrated Father’s Day with my family on Saturday, and spent Sunday exploring Austin’s museums, doing a little shopping, and eating to our heart’s content. We have some big plans in the works for a few international adventures, so we made time to stop by the bookstore to explore the travel section. I studied abroad in London at Baylor, and I already cannot wait to introduce Armon to my favorite city! Naturally, I had to pick up this darling guidebook to help us plan.
